Method

Place the chocolate, double cream, brandy and orange zest into a small saucepan and warm gently for three minutes, stirring gently

To serve, place into a small clean bowl and serve with fingers of madeira cake to dip into the sauce.

- 50g/1¾oz dark chocolate, melted
- 3 tbsp double cream
- 25ml/1fl oz brandy
- ½ orange, zest only
- 100g/3½oz madeira cake, cut into fingers, to serve
