Ham, cheese and fig skewers

On the end of each ham slice, place a piece of mozzarella, basil leaf and a fig quarter.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Roll up and secure with cocktail stick.
Refrigerate until required.
- 6 slices of ham, cut in half
- 1 ball buffalo mozzarella, torn into 12 pieces
- 12 basil leaves
- 4 char-grilled figs, quartered
- olive oil
- sea salt
