Gnocchi with pesto

Method


  1. Stir together all the pesto ingredients.

  2. Add the gnocchi and stir to coat.

  3. Sprinkle over more parmesan and serve.

Ingredients

  • ½ packet gnocchi, cooked

For the pesto

  • handful of rocket, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice only
  • 5-6 tbsp olive oil
  • 55g/2oz parmesan, finely grated
