A very popular drink served during the Victorian gin palace era, particularly in London!
Method

Place the gin and Lillet in a mixing glass with a handful of ice and stir.

Strain into a coupette glass (margarita glass) and garnish with a lemon twist.

- 35ml/1fl oz Lillet blanc
