Fruit smoothie

  1. Place the fruit, sugar, cream cheese and a splash of cold water into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. To serve, pour the smoothie into a tall glass and top with the crushed biscuits.


  • 250g/9oz frozen forest fruits, defrosted
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 100g/3½oz cream cheese
  • splash water
  • 3 tbsp crushed digestive biscuits, to serve
