The Italian name for this recipe is Macedonio di Frutta. Any other fruits can be used for this recipe too.
Soak all the fruit in the amaretto for at least 1 hour.
Serve the fruit in a glass and spoon over a bit of the amaretto used to marinate the fruit in.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
- 5 tbsp amaretto liquor
- 200g/7oz strawberries, halved
- 200g/7oz blueberries
- 200g/7oz melon, cubed
- mint, to garnish (optional)
