Method


  1. Place a quarter of the crushed biscuits into the base of a tall dessert glass.

  2. Drizzle over one tablespoon of honey, two tablespoons of blackcurrants and one tablespoon of the juice from the blackcurrants. Top with a third of the whipped cream.

  3. Repeat the layering process twice with the remaining ingredients.

  4. To serve, sprinkle the remaining crushed biscuits over the top of the dessert.

Ingredients

  • ½ packet ready-made honey and oat biscuits, crushed
  • ½ tin blackcurrants, drained, juice reserved
  • 3 tbsp clear honey
  • 150ml/¼ pint double cream, whipped until soft peaks form when the whisk is removed
