Citrus and lychee flavours burst through in this vodka cocktail recipe.
Method

Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard.

Strain into a tall glass over ice and garnish with an orange slice and lychee.
Ingredients
- 25ml/1fl oz citrus vodka
- 25ml/1fl oz blue curacao (available from online retailers)
- 25ml/1fl oz golden grapefruit juice
- 25ml/1fl oz lychee juice
To serve
- orange slice
- lychee, peeled
