Caramelised apple with fried egg

Method

Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan. Add the apple slices and fry on both sides until golden and caramelised.

Transfer to a serving plate.

In the same pan, fry the egg, adding extra butter if needed.

Serve the fried egg on top of the apple slices.
