Method


  1. Place the vodka, limes (except the garnish) and sugar into a highball glass and carefully 'muddle' or pound with the end of a clean rolling pin.

  2. Add a handful of ice, garnish with a lime wedge and serve.

  • 60ml/2¼fl oz vodka
  • 1½ limes, cut into quarters
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • handful ice
  • 1 lime wedge, to garnish
