Bruschetta with tomatoes and rosemary

Method

Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.

Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with rosemary, thyme and garlic.

Place into the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Serve the hot tomatoes on the toasted bread and enjoy.

- 150g/5½oz cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp rosemary
- 2 tbsp thyme
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 large slices of ciabatta bread, toasted
