Place the gin, Cointreau, lemon juice and marmalade into a cocktail shaker with some ice and shake well to combine.

To serve, strain into a Martini glass and garnish with a spiral of orange peel.
Ingredients
- 50ml/2fl oz gin
- 1 tbsp Cointreau, or similar orange liqueur
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1½ tsp orange marmalade
