Place all of the ingredients, except the chervil leaf, into a food processor and blend to a purée.

To serve, place into a small bowl and garnish with the chervil leaf.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 15g/½oz chervil
- 100g/3½oz potato, peeled, chopped and boiled until soft
- 50g/1¾oz haddock, poached and flaked
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- chervil leaf, to garnish
