Blueberry and mascarpone tart
Prep time less than 30 mins
Cook time less than 30 mins
Roll out the puff pastry into a large square and cook according to the instructions on the packet (approximately 7 minutes). Once cooked, leave the pastry to cool.
Mix the mascarpone and honey together and spread over the cooled pastry.
Decorate with blueberries and a light dusting of icing sugar.

- 2 tubs of mascarpone
- 1 tub of clear honey
- fresh blueberries
- icing sugar to dust
