Method

Pour all the ingredients, except for the lime wedges, into a cocktail shaker and shake well to mix.

Strain into a tall glass over ice cubes and garnish with lime wedges.
Ingredients
- 40ml/1½fl oz vodka
- 75ml/3fl oz tomato juice
- dash lemon juice
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2-3 drops Tabasco sauce
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- handful ice cubes
- lime wedges, to serve
