Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
Place the butter, raisins, brown sugar and honey into a bowl and mix together.
Place the apple onto a baking sheet and stuff with the butter mixture.
Cook in the oven for eight minutes.
For the custard, warm the milk and cream in a saucepan over a medium heat.
Place the sugar, vanilla and eggs into a bowl and thoroughly mix together. While stirring, gradually add the creama and milk the over a low heat. Stir constantly, until the custard slightly thickens.
To serve, place the apple on a serving plate and pour the hot custard around.
