Place the almond butter, lemon juice and oil into a bowl and mix well.

Cut the pitta bread into fingers and serve with the almond dipping sauce.

- 3 tbsp almond butter, from a jar
- ½ lemon, juice only
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 wholemeal pitta breads, toasted, to serve
